Currently im in a dark space. And each time i i feel like im beating depression and anxiety- it hits 10 times deeper. But this book encourages me each day to just breathe. I been stuck on " Heres Some Boundaries For Ya" because guilt is winning. Before it was fear but guilt of treating others how they treated me seems wrong. But the more i read this chapter the easier it easy to stand firm on my boundaries. THANK YOU!

I read it daily. It's so powerful and it reminds me why I'm choosing to date myself while being in my celibacy journey. It's powerful to see the mistakes I made through clear lens this time around.
